Visualization of founding model, calculation and result of construction schedule simulation are realized. The simulate model of tunnel engineering construction schedule is founded. Risk analysis and decision_making method of tunnel engineering construction schedule based on visual simulation are presented. The resource optimization is conducted. On the basis of studying the S curve theory and method of schedule management, tunnel engineering construction schedule S curve real time management and control method based on visual simulation are presented. Practical engineering analysis is made.
